Located in Stewart Park in Ithaca, NY this is the largest tree in the 40 acres that sits on the bottom of Lake Cayuga. The park originally known as Renwick Park became open to the public in 1894. The park was renamed Stewart Park in 1923. This tree has likely been growing since, if not before the inception of the original Renwick Park.

This Red Oak is located in Glenwood Cemetery, in Homer, Ny. It has a grand crown that makes the tree stand out over all of the others in the cemetery. The cemetery was established in 1862 at which time the grounds were laid out and this tree was likely planted which would make it over 160 years old.
